Confirmation
All registrations processed online receive an automatic order confirmation and receipt. If you register via fax, mail, or phone, a receipt must be requested by contacting education@naiop.org.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations of Spouse Dinner registrations received after April 7, 2020, will be charged a fee of $35 per attendee. Cancellations received after April 21, 2020, will forfeit the registration fee and/or surcharge (if applicable). No refunds will be made for no-shows. Cancellation notices should be sent to the NAIOP Education Department education@naiop.org or faxed to (703) 674-1471.

Workshop: Negotiating to Win

9 a.m.-2 p.m.
Open to all attendees; space is limited. Pre-registration required. Continental breakfast and lunch will be served.

The objective of a skilled negotiator is to reach a resolution as efficiently as possible while securing the best deal. Great negotiators play to win, and their understanding of the tools and tactics of the trade help them to secure more value for themselves or their clients.

Participants will learn to identify common negotiating tactics and engage in an interactive and detailed negotiation of a simulated deal.
