New NAIOP Membership Structure

NAIOP’s membership structure will streamline our membership categories and simplify invoicing for members from a single company in the same chapter. This change has no impact on your membership benefits or connection to NAIOP or your chapter.

What’s new?

  • The second, third or subsequent members from a company on the same invoice are called Affiliate members.
  • Academicians are Full Associate members.
  • Dues rates remain discounted for Developing Leaders, Students and Public Officials.
  • There is no price differential between Principal and Associate members for either chapter or NAIOP Corporate dues.
