Sometimes, all it takes is just one person to get an idea rolling or create a movement. But to keep the momentum going, reach more people and truly affect change, we recognize there is strength in numbers. In all, 51 chapters carry out the NAIOP mission throughout North America. Collectively, we join as one, giving the association strength to speak in a unified voice for commercial real estate development.
Join us at CL&LR 2014 and you’ll:
A mixture of breakout sessions, speakers and subject matter experts will share insight and provide guidance that will inspire and energize you with strategic communication skills that can be directly applied in your chapter activities. Finally, share strengths and exchange ideas as we recognize extraordinary accomplishments of NAIOP chapters at the Chapter Merit Awards Gala Dinner and Dessert Reception.

What does it take to know election results before the race happens? How can you predict the winners – with 99 percent accuracy – of every congressional, senatorial, and gubernatorial race in the country, while also predicting the Electoral College count with the smallest possible margin of error? Only one man in the country knows the answers to those questions – Dr. Larry Sabato. He is the professor of politics at the University of Virginia and the founder and head of the U.Va. Center for Politics, where his ‘Crystal Ball’ electoral analysis expertly navigates the shifting sands of American electoral politics, accurately predicting the landslides, the nail-biters, and everything in between. Larry Sabato provides expert knowledge of what is coming down the pike, preparing us for the changing of the guard in Washington, D.C., and the nation. He bridges the gap between the rhetoric and the reality, showing audiences how the art of politics and the science of the American voting psyche come together to produce our nation’s next batch of leaders.
