The NAIOP Research Foundation has announced the appointment of Kyle A. Gamble, president and CEO, Hubbell Realty Company, to join the Foundation’s Governors. Individuals who demonstrate their commitment to the Foundation’s mission by making a substantial contribution to its endowment fund are invited to accept this lifetime distinction.

Hubbell Realty Company is headquartered in West Des Moines, Iowa. In 2026, the company celebrates 170 years of real estate, development, construction, homebuilding and property management services in the Midwest. With operations in three states, Hubbell is a trusted partner specializing in multifamily, industrial and vertically integrated approaches to development.

In his role of president and CEO, Gamble is responsible for the strategic oversight and management of the company’s 18 corporate divisions in the areas of development, construction, management and homebuilding. Under his leadership, Hubbell has built on its longstanding reputation as one of Iowa’s first real estate development companies. He is an active member of the National Industrial Perspectives 10 NAIOP National Forum.
