Partner at Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease, LLP, accepts lifetime distinction

The NAIOP Research Foundation has announced the appointment of Scott J. Ziance, partner at Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease, LLP, to join the Foundation’s Governors. Individuals who demonstrate their commitment to the Foundation’s mission by making a substantial contribution to its endowment fund are invited to accept this lifetime distinction.
Ziance leads the national economic development incentives practice at Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease, LLP, one of the largest law firm-based incentives practices in the country. The firm uses economic development incentives, tax incentives, economic development financing mechanisms, public-private partnerships and special economic development entities to assist developers, operating businesses and political subdivisions in developing and redeveloping property and creating jobs and economic growth.
He is a member of the NAIOP Board of Directors, the NAIOP National Forum Trends in Real Estate Development 2, and the NAIOP DEI Committee.
He is the 98th Governor to join the NAIOP Research Foundation, where he will support the Foundation's program of work through sharing his time and expertise.

Celebrating its 25th year, the NAIOP Research Foundation was established in 2000 as a 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to provide practical research and education that allows commercial real estate owners and developers to successfully capitalize on new trends and address challenges in the industry.
