NAIOP of Ohio Welcomes New Additions to State Board Roster

COLUMBUS, Ohio – NAIOP of Ohio announces the appointment of James Devanney from the Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky Chapter, Robert Ballinger from the Dayton Area Chapter, as well as Central Ohio Chapter members Benjamin Johnson and Chris Knezevic to the statewide organization’s Board of Directors.
James Devanney serves as President & Owner at METHOD Project Solutions in Cincinnati. With a background is in Commercial Real Estate Services and a licensed broker, James brings with him years of experience representing commercial properties and advising clients on their real estate decisions.
Robert Ballinger is an Associate Member of the Coolidge Wall Co. in the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate Department, located in Dayton. Robert’s area of focus is representing clients with the purchase, sale, development, and financing of commercial real estate projects.
Benjamin Johnson serves as Senior Executive Vice President and Principal in the Colliers Columbus office and is the founder of Buckeye Industrial Group. He brings with him 14 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience and a previous career in commercial real estate finance.
Chris Knezevic is of counsel in the Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP. Columbus office with a decade of experience advising domestic and international companies on economic development incentives, tax incentives and site selection analysis.
Following the appointments, the Board acknowledged the years of service to the organization by outgoing board members Bill Acton and Vince Messerly, who both served on the Environmental Committee and helped craft important public policy during their tenures.
