NAIOP has launched a chapter in the Gulf Coast region!
NAIOP Gulf Coast's mission is to facilitate the growth of the commercial real estate development industry along the Gulf Coast through timely research and education, effective legislative advocacy, and relationship building with key stakeholders. We will promote the marketplace and elevate business development opportunities throughout the Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama coasts.
NAIOP membership is an investment in your business and career. Dues are determined by membership type/status, the number of members from your company and chapter dues, among other factors.
NAIOP Gulf Coast members can share important commercial real estate transactions including purchases, sales, major financing, awarding of property management contracts, groundbreakings, leases, land sales, mergers and acquisitions, and hiring.

Learn about NAIOP's position on energy and electricity. Congress needs to pursue comprehensive energy policies designed to meet the growing need for electricity throughout the U.S. economy. The lack of future availability of electricity is hindering the commercial real estate development needed to support industries in a rapidly transforming economy.
NAIOP Gulf Coast’s local committees play a vital role in the strength and success of our Chapter. Getting involved is one of the best ways for members to build meaningful connections, grow professionally, and contribute to the advancement of our region’s commercial real estate industry. What Our Members Are Saying: Recent Survey Results
As part of NAIOP Gulf Coast’s mission to support and grow the commercial real estate development industry—particularly through effective legislative advocacy—we regularly survey our members to ensure our efforts reflect the priorities and concerns of those we serve. The results of our most recent survey offer valuable insight into the issues that matter most to our membership and help guide our ongoing advocacy initiatives.
Thank you to everyone who participated—and keep an eye out for future surveys as we continue working to amplify your voice.
