NAIOP Gulf Coast's mission is to facilitate the growth of the commercial real estate development industry along the Gulf Coast through timely research and education, effective legislative advocacy, and relationship building with key stakeholders. We will promote the marketplace and elevate business development opportunities throughout the Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama coasts.
NAIOP membership is an investment in your business and career. Dues are determined by membership type/status, the number of members from your company and chapter dues, among other factors.
NAIOP Gulf Coast members can share important commercial real estate transactions including purchases, sales, major financing, awarding of property management contracts, groundbreakings, leases, land sales, mergers and acquisitions, and hiring.
