About the Projects

Gulf Distributing
Gulf Distributing is overhauling the former Mobile Press-Register building, a landmark in Downtown Mobile, Alabama. The $32.5 million project includes a large warehouse addition along with improvements to the existing office to create Class A leasable space.

South Alabama Logistics Park
With 1300 acres for development, and 6 million square feet in Phase I, SALP is the South's largest logistics park. At an intermodal access point for shipping, rail, truck, and air, SALP has the space and location businesses need to strengthen their supply chains.
