Impeachment Trial May Move Forward This Week

House Democrats are expected to decide this week when they will send two articles of impeachment to the Senate and to name impeachment managers to serve as prosecutors against President Donald Trump. Every senator is a juror in an impeachment trial. The trial would run six days a week and could last through Feb. 3, when NAIOP members are in Washington for CL&LR.
