Diana Tucker, CAE is Vice President for Membership and Chapter Relations at NAIOP.  Previously, Vice President of Membership and Chapter Relations at the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS (SIOR), where she provided strategic and operational guidance to chapters and volunteer leaders and strengthens component performance and relationships between SIOR and its global chapters.

 

After 12 years on the executive leadership team, Diana believes that a strong partnership between the global organization and its chapters’ and alignment of strategic objectives will advance an organization’s mission and drive value to its constituents.

 

At SIOR, Diana expanded chapters’ growth by 20% and fulfilled strategic initiatives to reduce liability across the organization and increase chapter engagement. Diana also served 10 years as Executive Director of the SIOR Foundation, where she executed two operational turnarounds and increased Foundation’s revenues by 21%, programs by 61%, and net assets by 90%.

 

Diana earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE™) certification in 2007. She serves as the 2018 Vice Chair and will serve as the 2019 Chair of the American Society of Association Executives CAE Exam Committee. She has also served on the planning committees for the first two annual association Component Exchange Conferences.

 

Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia. She volunteers with and is an avid patron at multiple theaters in the Washington, DC metropolitan region and pursues online continuing education in various subjects. Diana resides in Fairfax Station, Virginia.
