Prior to joining Faropoint, Jordan worked as a Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Lincoln Advisors, a Lincoln Property Company affiliate. During her time at Lincoln, Jordan was involved in over $900 million of industrial and office acquisitions as well as $275 million of dispositions on behalf of two separate account clients. Prior to Prologis, Kelsey spent nine years at Heitman in the North American Acquisitions group. During her time at Heitman, Kelsey was involved in acquiring properties valued at over $4.3 billion. Kelsey received a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and Accounting from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Maria Elena Poyer is currently a Senior Development Manager for Amazon’s North Americas (NA) Operations Real Estate Acquisitions team. She focuses on land acquisitions and development to support Amazon’s Global Customer Fulfillment network. Throughout her time at Amazon, she has closed over $4.8B of commercial real estate transactions and completed over 50 BTS projects across NA. Before joining Amazon in 2019, she gained 7 years of prior experience as a broker and an investment banker. Maria was a broker in investment sales at HFF/JLL responsible for bringing assets to market across the west coast and a Vice President Portfolio Manager in commercial real estate investment financing at Bank of America where she managed a $300MM portfolio of debt for institutional clients annually. Upon moving to Seattle in 2017, she joined NAIOP Washington’s chapter where is she has been the Co-Chair for the NAIOP Washington’s Developer Leaders committee since 2018. Also, she is serving her fourth year on a Developing Leader NAIOP National Forum and was elected to serve on NAIOP’s national executive committee as their Developing Leader Representative for 2021. Marie Purkert is the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy and a Principal for christopher consultants,ltd., a civil engineering, surveying, land planning and landscape architecture firm founded in 1982. In this role she guides the firm’s overall strategy by developing and managing marketing and business development plans in support of expansion through market growth, new service lines and client relationships. Marie also oversees the proposal team and leads the company’s merger and acquisition activities and corresponding integration efforts. Dan is also currently an Adjunct Professor at Roosevelt University, teaching Real Estate Financial Modeling to a mix of undergraduate and graduate students. Previously, Dan was an analyst in the corporate finance department at Equity Office Properties.
