The NAIOP Research Foundation announced today the appointment of Steve Bronner one of the Foundation’s 42 Governors.
Bronner is managing principal of Parmenter Realty Partners in Dallas, Texas, a real estate investment and operating company that invests primarily in office properties through private real estate investment trusts. Bronner has served as a member of the NAIOP Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He is a past chairman of the National Forum Advisory Committee and the Investment Management I National Forum and is currently a member of the Office Acquisitions Forum. He also served as a president of the NAIOP North Texas Chapter.
The NAIOP Research Foundation supports individuals and organizations engaged in real estate development, investment and operations by conducting and publishing practicable research reports on how real properties – especially office, industrial, retail and mixed-use – impact and benefit communities throughout North America.
