Kelsey is a Vice President, Investment Officer for the Central Region Capital Deployment Team at Prologis. In this role, Kelsey focuses on monetizing the company’s strategic land holdings in addition to growing the acquisitions and development pipeline. Prior to Prologis, Kelsey spent nine years at Heitman in the North American Acquisitions group. During her time at Heitman, Kelsey was involved in acquiring properties valued at over $4.3 billion. Kelsey received a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and Accounting from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She currently serves on the NAIOP Developing Leaders Board for the Chicago Chapter, is the co-chair of her NAIOP National Forum, and is also a NAIOP Research Foundation Visionary. Kelsey is also a member of Real Estate Finance Forum (REFF), a Chicago based women’s organization that helps advance women in real estate.
