  • Wednesday, June 24 from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. ET
  • Thursday, June 25 from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. ET

How do I sign into the online conference platform?

Use the custom link provided via email to access the virtual event site and create a password. Don’t see the email? Check your email filter! If you’re not able to find it, contact education@naiop.org.

Attendees can join the conference on a desktop or laptop computer. While it is possible to attend from a tablet or mobile phone, it is not recommended.

What software do I need?

The conference platform uses Zoom technology for video. You will be prompted to install the application when you log in to the conference, but we recommend installing the software in advance to streamline your experience.

Visit zoom.us/download and install "Zoom Client for Meetings."

If you already have Zoom installed, it’s important you’re using the most current version. To check for updates, sign into your Zoom application. Click your profile picture then click “Check for Updates.” If there is a newer version, Zoom will download and install it.

What internet browser should I use?

Use one of the recommended internet browsers: Chrome, Safari or Firefox. The conference software is not compatible with Internet Explorer or Edge.

How do I customize my agenda?

Use the menu at top-right to click “Agenda” and select “Agenda” again from the drop-down menu to see all sessions. Scroll down to view each session, and add the sessions you’d like to attend by clicking the green button with the white plus sign next to the title. That button will become a checkmark, which indicates that it has been added to your personal agenda. Click the same button again to remove it from your agenda.

Review your customized agenda by using the menu at top-right to click “Agenda” and select “My Agenda” from the drop-down menu.

Can I export the agenda to my Outlook calendar?

Yes. While viewing the “Agenda” or “My Agenda” page, click the gray “EXPORT” button and select either “Export Full Agenda (ics)” or “Export My Agenda (ics).”

Can I print the agenda?

Yes. While viewing the “Agenda” or “My Agenda” page, click the gray “PRINT” button and select either “Print agenda” or “Print agenda with descriptions.”

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Contact NAIOPSupport@gtrnow.com to request your password be reset.

How can I reserve my spot for a Networking Roundtable?

Networking Roundtables are limited to 50 attendees each to help facilitate more effective discussion. To reserve your spot for a Roundtable, simply click on the Roundtable you’re interested in. Once you’re on the Roundtable’s description page, you can click the dark green “RESERVE SPOT” button at the top right of your screen. Please note: If you reserve a spot for a Roundtable and don’t join the Roundtable within five minutes of the start time, event administrators reserve the right to release your spot to another attendee.

How do I join a session?

From the “Agenda” or “My Agenda” pages, click on the session you’d like to join. On the session page, click the dark green “JOIN LIVE MEETING” button at the bottom left of your screen.

What if I miss a session?

Conference recordings for most sessions will be available a few days early the week after conference. All conference attendees will receive an email when the recordings are available. Recordings will be available for one full year after the conference at no cost to attendees.

Am I being recorded?

General and concurrent sessions are recorded, both for video and chat. Chat transcripts will be available along with the video recordings of the session.
