Neil Tipograph is a tax partner at Imowitz Koenig (IK), a member of RESIG and is a member of both firm’s executive committees. Neil began his career in 1979 and has been with IK since 1988. His experience in the real estate industry includes significant involvement with tax planning and management/business advisory services for various private and institutional real estate owner-operators and developers. Neil is a leading expert in many of the recent changes to the tax laws affecting the real estate industry including the tangible property regulations, Qualified Opportunity Zones, the Section 199A Qualified Business Income deduction and the overhaul of business interest limitations. He is frequently invited to lecture on behalf of IK and has written about various partnership topics. Neil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in Taxation from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
