Chris MacCauley leads the CBRE Vancouver industrial team as Senior Vice President. Chris has been in the industry for the past 12 years and has specialized in land disposition, development, build to suits, sale leasebacks and corporate mandates.
His team has negotiated over 256 transactions, 6.7 million sq. ft., totaling over $730,000,000 in deal value since 2013. Chris has over 800 acres of land disposition experience since the start of his career.
Chris has worked for and with local government and public organizations such as City of Abbotsford, Corporation of Delta, Translink, Canada Post, and Port Metro Vancouver.
Chris served as President of the Commercial Real Estate Association NAIOP in 2016, and held board positions for government relations, development issues, developing leaders over the past seven years and currently sits on the board as past President.
Chris has also consulted for Metro Vancouver on their 2010 and 2015 Industrial Land Inventory studies and is currently engaged on a follow up report/study on the specific needs of industrial land user’s. This has led to a land study for NAIOP which was very well received by the market and NAIOP’s membership.
