Scott Matthews directs Vulcan’s residential and mixed-use projects and leads the strategic acquisition efforts for Vulcan’s real estate portfolio. Scott plays a key role in the master planning and strategic direction of Vulcan’s real estate investment activities in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood, and the company’s expansion into other local submarkets including Yesler, the Central Area and the Bellevue CBD.
