Ryan Smith serves as senior associate, Development and Investment for TCC’s Atlanta business unit. In this role, he is responsible for all facets of the life science and office development process, including site planning, market and feasibility analysis, financial modeling, underwriting, due diligence, design and value engineering, as well as leasing and disposition. Smith is a graduate of the Wharton Business School. Prior to joining TCC, he worked on the preconstruction team for GCC, a commercial general contractor in Atlanta. He began his career with the United States Air Force, where he completed six combat deployments as a combat systems officer on the U-28A aircraft.
