Rachel Hickenbottom is senior vice president, development, at Link Logistics, responsible for leading a team that is focused on executing development projects across the firm’s West region, including the Southern California, Northern California and Seattle markets. Hickenbottom joined Link Logistics in 2020 and has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience. She has held roles across business functions including entitlement, development, construction, leasing, property management, legal documentation and accounting. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting and a master of business administration from California State University, Fullerton. She holds a California real estate salesperson license and is an active member of CREW Inland Empire and CREW Orange County. She recently served as the 2025 chair for Ascend, Link Logistics’ Employee Resource Group dedicated to supporting women in the workplace. Hickenbottom has also served on the City of Brea’s Traffic Committee since 2021.
