Stephen Kim joined IPG in 2016 and is the director of design and development. Kim oversees all phases of commercial and industrial development including zoning/feasibility analysis, due diligence on new acquisitions and management of design and construction teams from concept through completion. He also collaborates with IPG's asset management team on leasing and marketing efforts.
