David Greek, as a key leader at Greek Real Estate Partners, directs the firm’s strategic vision. He spearheads new business ventures and oversees project acquisitions, taking charge of site selection, valuation modeling, financing, transaction negotiations and deal packaging for clients. He is an active member of NAIOP and the Developers Political Action Committee of NJ, and serves on the Georgetown Steer’s Center Advisory Board. Additionally, he is the chair of Circulate NJ, reflecting his ongoing commitment to economic growth, professional development and environmental rehabilitation.
