Dustin C. Read, Ph.D./JD serves as the Director of the Master of Real Estate Development Program at Clemson University. His research interests include affordable housing, land use policy, and public-private partnerships. His research can be found in leading academic journals in his field including the Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, Journal of Real Estate Research, and Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management. In addition to his academic work, Dr. Read frequently consults with both public and private sector organizations to promote socially responsible real estate development.
