Mike Settineri is a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the energy group. In addition to his legal experience, he has 11 years of project engineering and operations management experience, including design and construction of large capital projects. Settineri has advised clients on a wide range of energy and utility matters including the development of renewable energy facilities, grid interconnected power plants and power supply from the competitive markets. Settineri has also appeared and argued eleven times before the Supreme Court of Ohio on appeals involving energy and utility matters.
