Todd has led a career focused on community engagement while working for two publicly traded companies, serving in elected office, and developing both a 642-acre resort community and a 60-acre urban core master planned development. His engagement work has ranged from grassroot efforts with neighborhood boards and community groups, to government and business leaders, to the Native Hawaiian community. Because of his ability to craft broadened support for new initiatives, his teams have been responsible for media & public relations, corporate citizenship, marketing & branding, and overall philanthropic efforts. Todd has worked with the Walt Disney Company at Disney’s Aulani Resort, the Howard Hughes Corporation at Ward Village, The Resort Group at Ko Olina Resort, served as Honolulu City Council Member for six years, and practiced law at two law firms.
