Nate Kirschner is a senior project manager in Bohler’s West Hartford, Connecticut, office with over 20 years of experience designing and managing more than 15 million square feet of industrial assets. Formerly a vice president of development for Hillwood Investment Properties, he brings a unique blend of engineering expertise and real estate development insight. Kirschner specializes in complex site layouts, stormwater management and utility coordination for industrial, data center and mixed-use projects. He is well-versed in navigating permitting processes across local, state and federal agencies to deliver efficient, buildable solutions. Later this year, he will be opening Bohler’s newest office in Fairfield, Connecticut.
