Roushan is a licensed architect with extensive experience in both residential and commercial projects across India. In 2022, he relocated to Seattle to pursue a Master's degree in Real Estate at the University of Washington, aiming to specialize in real estate finance and development. During the summer of 2023, Roushan interned with CBRE Seattle's advisory services department, gaining valuable insight into the industry. Currently, he serves as the Economic Development Intern for the U-District Partnership, actively contributing to community initiatives. In addition to his academic and professional pursuits, Roushan is deeply engaged in various organizations. He holds the position of Events Chair for the UW Real Estate Club, is a member of NAIOP WA's membership committee, and serves on the Executive Board of ULI Northwest's Young Leaders Group
