Carter B. Ewing oversees all investment activities for CT. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing all investment opportunities and actively interfacing with institutional equity partners and lenders.
Prior to joining CT, Carter served in various development, financing, and leasing roles for several prominent national and regional development organizations, including The Koll Company, Nexus Development, Brighton Homes and Arnel & Affiliates. Carter also founded Ewing Development Company, his personal real estate investment vehicle since 1986, and has served as managing partner of several entrepreneurial Southern California investment ventures, including Howser Ewing Companies and its predecessor, Peninsula Retail Development.
