Courtney Wing is vice president, development and construction, at Newcastle Partners, a commercial real estate investment and development firm focused on West Coast gateway markets. She oversees all aspects of the development lifecycle, including entitlements, permitting and construction execution. Wing serves on the NAIOP SoCal board of directors and is chair of NAIOP SoCal's Legislative Affairs Committee. She was recently named a NAIOP Research Foundation Visionary, one of only five rising professionals selected nationally.
