Erin Shepherd is vice president of asset management for Ambrose, a privately held industrial real estate development and investment firm headquartered in Indianapolis. Erin Shepherd began her career in real estate in 2012 at KPMG as an audit associate before moving to Cushman & Wakefield and later Strategic Capital Partners. While at both Cushman & Wakefield and Strategic Capital Partners (SCP), Erin quickly established herself as a leader in asset management, acquisitions and dispositions. She earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) accreditation in 2019 after being named a CPM Candidate by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2018, and by 2021, she advanced to the role of vice president of asset management at SCP.
Erin joined Ambrose in 2024. As vice president of asset management, she leads the ongoing management and operation of Ambrose’s asset portfolio, including speculative and build-to-suit developments. She also serves as the lead relationship manager for all building users within Ambrose-owned properties. She served as events committee chair for NAIOP Indiana before advancing to chapter president-elect in 2024 and chapter president in 2025.
