Chuck Stehlik has over 25 years’ experience working in industrial real estate, working on the tenant, developer and general contractor sides of the industry over the course of his career. In his role at Goodman, he is responsible for site selection, due diligence, entitlement, and construction in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. He is a civil engineer and earned his MBA from Drexel University.
