With nearly 20 years of development and construction management experience, Grant Goldman serves as Ambrose’s executive vice president of development. In this role, he is responsible for providing overall leadership to Ambrose’s legal, asset management and development operations teams, from land acquisition to construction to leasing and dispositions, as well as the company’s market expansion strategy. Since 2020, Ambrose’s industrial developments have totaled more than $2 billion, with a projected 2024 development volume of $650 million.
