Michael Cody serves as director, industrial cold and food for Ware Malcomb. He has significant experience in all facets of development, construction, architecture and design. Cody focuses on leadership, project management, development, entitlement, public presentations and process, contract documents, contract administration and design presentations. He has been involved in the industry since 1991 and brings architectural and design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team. Cody has worked on a wide range of design projects including high-rise, historic preservation, renovations, multifamily, hospitality, industrial, cold storage, food processing, grocery distribution, office, recreational, mixed-use and healthcare.
