Michael Landsburg is the chief development officer at NFI Real Estate and has been with the company since 2005. He is responsible for managing the real estate development and asset management activities for the NFI owned and leased portfolio of over 50 million square feet in North America. Prior to NFI, Landsburg was an acquisitions and development associate for a mid-Atlantic commercial real estate company for four years where he was responsible for leasing transactions, sourcing and performing financial analysis for new development and acquisition opportunities. Over his time at NFI, the company has quadrupled its revenue and its real estate portfolio has tripled in size.
