Steve Azar is a co-founder and principal at Ambient, with responsibilities for acquisitions, fundraising and company operations. Over a 13-year career in real estate, Azar has amassed a wide skill set, with experience in portfolio management, acquisitions and dispositions, asset management and capital markets. Prior to Ambient, he was a senior vice president and co-portfolio manager of Stockbridge Capital Group's supply chain-oriented industrial fund, which focused on the IOS asset class. Before that, Azar acted as global head of real estate for XPO Logistics. He has a B.A. in finance from Miami University and is a CFA Charterholder.
