Nolan Lewin is an accomplished entrepreneur and operations executive with deep experience scaling high-growth food and beverage brands. He has played a key role in expanding companies, driving operational excellence and market growth. He has held plant leadership roles with LiDestri Foods, Hanover Foods, and Stay Fresh Foods (High Pressure Processing SME), where he improved efficiency, quality and team performance. Lewin currently serves in a leadership role at the Rutgers Food Innovation Center, supporting emerging brands through commercialization and scale-up. In addition to his corporate work, he is the founder of American Harvest and owner of Copper Mountain Restaurant, reflecting his passion for building and growing impactful food ventures.
