Douglas O. Howe is founder and CEO of Touchstone Real Estate Development in Seattle, Washington and currently managing Howe Family Holdings LLC in Seattle. Touchstone Real Estate Development was an office developer and oversees project and construction and asset management firm. Mr. Howe joined NAIOP in 1997 and was the 2009 chairman of the NAIOP’s National Board of Directors. He is a past president for the Washington State Chapter. He has been a member of the Office Development II Forum and a NAIOP-PAC Trustee. Mr. Howe has also been the chair of the NAIOP Research Foundation and chair of the Foundation’s Nominating Committee.
