Emily Blaylock started her career in accounting, followed by various strategic positions in commercial banking for over 17 years. She founded her company, Untamed Equity, LLC, to specialize in monetizing TIF (Tax Increment Financing) and provide developers upfront equity to continue economic development in communities throughout the U.S. As an entrepreneur she is paving the way to educate and help developers and municipalities capitalize on the benefits of TIF.
