Carleton serves as President of Transwestern Development and is based in Houston. He is responsible for day-to-day management and works with the regional development officers on business development and project execution. During his career, Carleton has participated in the development of in excess of 50 million square feet of office, industrial, multifamily, healthcare and hospitality space, with more than $8.5 billion in aggregate cost. During his tenure with Transwestern, the group has completed a broad spectrum of principal and fee development projects including corporate office campuses, multi-phased bulk industrial, urban multi-family and healthcare facilities.
