Michael Nachamkin is an Ohio University graduate with a degree in music (1976). Since 1983, he has made a career in the industrial real estate industry early on in brokerage (C&W) then in the Public Markets with Security Capital Industrial and Prologis. Later, in ventures with Goldman Sachs & Co (Whitehall Funds), Oakmont Industrial Group and Capital Markets with HFF. In 2017, he started Metrix Real Estate Services to begin developing and redeveloping industrial properties. He recently joined the advisory board and investment committee of BBX Logistics Properties in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Nachamkin lives in Princeton, New Jersey, married 40 years and has two grown children.
