As project executive, Sheila Sutton is responsible for coordinating and leading the construction process. Working closely with the project managers, project engineers, and project superintendents, she oversees all construction activities, planning and scheduling of construction, interfacing with architects and owners, negotiation and administration of contracts with subcontractors and material suppliers, evaluation and responsibility for cost performance, LEED and sustainable design/construction practices, safety program evaluation, and commissioning and warranty administration. She joined Duke Realty in 2019, bringing with her more than 10 years’ experience in real estate development and commercial construction.
