Scott Thetford is a managing director at Stream Realty Partners. He is responsible for the strategic direction and overall execution of development and construction management nationally for Stream’s Investment Platform, a fund-based platform managing over $1 billion of equity. These responsibilities include managing construction costs, evaluating project risks, and directing development schedules. Over his 20-year career, Scott has managed over $2 billion in projects across office, industrial, healthcare, multifamily, retail and government, totaling over 10 million square feet.
