Prior to joining Saxum, Wassel was a key member on a market-leading leasing team at CBRE, where he advised institutional landlords and corporate occupiers across their portfolios. In his career, he has transacted over 10 million square feet of leases ranging across various asset classes, including office, retail, industrial and mixed-use.
