Michael Caprile has over 45 ears of investment sales experience within the commercial real estate profession. Since 1984, he and his team concluded transactions with an aggregate consideration in excess of $110 billion nationwide. Caprile specializes in the acquisition and disposition of institutional industrial and transportation infrastructure related investment assets. Over the past 7 years, he has raised capital in excess of $8 billion for joint venture, new development and new platform initiatives. With an in-depth understanding of complex financing strategies and an uncanny perception of commercial real estate, its cycles, trends and participants, Caprile and his team have been able to consummate major investment transactions for some of the highest profile institutional owners of real estate on both a regional and national level. Caprile is married and lives with his wife, Linda and two sons, Jimmy and Jac, in Oak Park, Illinois. He is a founding member of CBRE National Partners, a collaborative national partnership formed in 2010 that focuses exclusively on industrial and logistics capital markets.
