Jennifer Hall is a partner with LIDD Supply Chain Consultants. She began her career designing warehouses and now advises boards and executives on supply chain transformation, including strategies for network expansion, market entry, and the selection and implementation of new technologies and automation. Her achievements include redesigning distribution networks for large multinational CPG companies, pioneering a new sales channel for a leading grocery chain, and playing a key role in establishing LIDD's Korean and Los Angeles offices.
