Brian Wilson joined Bridge Development Partners in 2015 and is responsible for all of Bridge’s acquisition and development activities throughout the state of California in his role as principal. He has successfully completed transactions on over 10 million square feet of industrial real estate with a value in excess of $1.25 billion. Since joining Bridge, he has lead the acquisition of over 70 acres in Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties equaling a total of 1.5 million square feet currently under development. He holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He is also a member of NAIOP’s SoCal and Inland Empire chapters.
