Jessica Fraser is a senior vice president with Trammell Crow Company, leading the firm’s industrial development efforts throughout the NYC Metro region. She is responsible for overseeing the team’s projects and sourcing new opportunities across New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Previously, she held roles at Prologis, Macy’s and Simon Property Group. Fraser earned her MBA from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where she also serves on the Leonard N. Wood Center for Real Estate Studies’ Advisory Board.
