William A. Mitchell, Jr. is the chairman emeritus for DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield), a privately held full-service commercial real estate firm located in Atlanta, Georgia, with four business units: Investments, Development Transaction Services and Property and Facility Management. Mr. Mitchell has served on the NAIOP Board of Directors and Executive Committee and was chairman of the NAIOP Board of Directors in 1983. He received the Developer of the Year Award in 1991 and is a past president of NAIOP's Georgia Chapter. He was on the NAIOP Advisory Board.
