Neill is responsible for the leasing brokerage for assets in Longfellow’s North Carolina portfolio as well providing support for identifying and underwriting new acquisitions. Prior to joining Longfellow, Neill held positions with the following organizations: Spectrum Properties and F.A.R.M. (Farmland Allocation Resource Management). Neill received a BS in Business Administration from North Carolina State University focusing in finance. Neill is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), serves on the NAIOP Developing Leaders Board of Directors, and is on the executive committee as the Treasurer for TRAOBA.
