Nick Aileo serves as director of acquisitions for Wharton Equity Partners and is responsible for the sourcing and execution of the firm’s industrial acquisitions and development opportunities. Before joining the company, he was a member of the acquisitions team at Saxum Real Estate. He began his career in investment sales with Avison Young, focused on multiple asset classes within the Philadelphia market. Aileo received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Villanova University.
