Jarvis executes leasing, acquisition and development strategies and works closely with joint venture partners for PCI. Throughout his career, he has directed the acquisition, sale, development, lease-up and asset management of many commercial and mixed-use properties throughout Western Canada on behalf of institutional clients. Prior to PCI, Jarvis held a senior investment and development role at a national commercial real estate asset management firm representing a variety of investor clients. Jarvis previously sat on the inaugural Vancouver NAIOP Developing Leaders Committee from 2008 to 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Calgary. Jarvis has been with the NAIOP Vancouver Chapter board since 2015 and has served in various roles including 2017 President.
